We offer a totally free delivery service on all of our sofas to ensure your experience with SUPERBA is as enjoyable as possible

Free Express delivery is available on specific in stock items

Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday 7am -9pm

Alternative days and times are available subject to additional costs

Weekend delivery is available at a cost of £25

AM or PM slots are available at a cost of £30

Guaranteed pre 10am and 6-9pm is available at a cost of £40

Delivery within business hours costs £25

Whether in stock or made to order, once your sofa is with us we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time for you.

Your sofa will be delivered on your chosen delivery date

The evening before, we will provide you with a two hour window for your chosen delivery date

On arrival our two man team will introduce themselves and establish the best way to access your home and deliver your sofa safely

Our two man white glove delivery service will deliver your sofa to a room of your choice

We will assemble your sofa and remove all of the sofa packaging should you wish
-
The sofa packaging will be taken away to be recycled to allow you the space to enjoy your new sofa

Assembly and packaging removal is a standard part of the SUPERBA white glove delivery service
Returns

Our hassle free 30 day returns policy is also a free service which enables you to see your furniture in your home before deciding and should you not be entirely happy with your sofa our delivery team will arrange a collection date to suit you and simply pick your sofa up.

The SUPERBA returns process works the same as delivery and you will be offered a convenient day and time for us to collect your sofa

Please ensure the sofa is wrapped in its original packaging to avoid any unforeseen charges for damage or misuse
