The Oli small sofa and two armchairs are absolutely perfect and delivery process was excellent. We had a bit of an issue with lack of initial delivery with one of the chairs, but we were kept fully advised of the progress, and were also given a discount because of the initial lack of delivery. I couldn't recommend both the quality of the products and the customer service, more fully. If you want a quality product and service this is definitely the company of go with !!
I ordered some samples but the colour was no good. They phoned me and then sent me some more colours they thought i would like. Very helpful

Communication from Superba was great and delivery service was spot on (turned up on time, took away packaging and old sofa for a fee). Although, the guys delivering the sofa couldn’t quite work out how to attached the legs. But this wasn’t an issue because to be honest, I’m not that keen on the supplied legs and had removed the legs from my old sofa which were easily screwed into the sockets.

The sofa is absolutely lovely - looks great and is comfy. There was a challenge with delivery as the firm they use only deliver to the third floor. I am on the fourth and sofa wouldn’t fit in the lift. They re- arranged delivery by their own staff without any fuss. Would definitely order from them again

From initial enquiries to delivery, superb service from Superba. Dave at head office was fantastic answering all my questions. Like others have said I was a little unsure about ordering from an online retailer but the quality of the leather is outstanding I'm over the moon with it for the price I really don't think you would get a better quality leather sofa .
The delivery was 5 star the guys had to get it in through a window that we'd had removed on the day they assembled the legs and took away the packaging and of course the delivery was free unlike most other retailers that charge a fortune.
I would not hesitate to buy from Superba and will be recommending to friends thank you.

Absolutely over the moon with with this purchase! Worried about ordering online as not been tried out but the quality and comfort is second to none. I also ordered swatches prior to purchase which were delivered for free, so glad I did this as I went for a colour I wasnt expecting!

Very pleased with my sofa and chair. Only thing is the colour I love it. But it isn’t back. It’s kind of bluey Green, but I prefer it.
The furniture is even better in reality, than in the photo’s. The communication from order placement to delivery was excellent. The service teams used for the installation were very professional and helpful. The customer care experience was 5 star,, and would take some beating! We're super pleased with our Oli Plus (small) sofa! We ordered the swatches, which arrived very quickly, and decided upon the beatufil Marfa Pluto leather.
Fast forward 8 weeks and our sofa arrived without any issues. Superba were great when we reached out for updates. Having never purchased an item of this kind online and from a retailer we were unfamiliar, we were apprehensive but having read other reviews and now receiving our sofa we're very happy and would recommend to family and friends.
