I was a little sceptical about ordering online, but loved the look of the sofa and other reviews were positive so decided to give it a go, and have to say I am so pleased I did. The sofa is even nicer in real life. Excellent quality for the price and well made. Customer service and delivery also great. Really can’t find any fault and will definitely be using again
Received the selection of 5 leather samples to get a better idea of colour and finish compared to the pics on the website. All arrived quickly and I definitely have a favorite in Virgil Toffifee so far but I could change my mind again. Will be in touch soon when ready to order my Oli.
I was quite dubious about purchasing furniture on line, but have to say I’m so pleased with the service from SUPERBA and the quality of the chair I’ve received, it’s absolutely gorgeous, and very well made. Have also ordered a sofa and looking forward to getting it.

Lovely sofa. Good quality and very comfortable. Delivery guys nice but couldn’t find the legs. Were going to leave it with no legs!! Had to phone to find out where they were. Then didn’t know how to fit them. One put on squint so I had to re fit.
Received our two Oli small sofas earlier than estimated, the delivery team phone an hour before delivery and assembled the sofas quickly and efficiently then removed all the packaging.

Customer service was great - team really went above and beyond reassuring, and the sofa didn’t disappoint. I would only suggest change your delivery company, as they didn’t really know what they were doing, but even that was sorted with the help of superba team. Would definitely recommend, after having a horrible experience with dfs, buying with superba was a pleasure.

We were looking to match our Made.com sofa after our 2 seater sofa was damaged by kids, This sofa is perfect match for our existing three seater sofa. After ordering free swatches to match the colour, we ordered Oli 2 seater sofa, sofa arrived well before time and it looks and feel alot more expensive for what we paid. Made.com sofa was 2.5 times expensive but its the same material as Superba.
Very satisfied with the Oli sofas that I got. They came in with good packaging, and they sit fantasticly in the new living room. They just look so awesome.
My wife even says they smell great 👍🏻
The price was good for a Italian genuine leather sofa.
Service was outstanding from the service team. I get always the next day reply whenever I have a question, even during the weekend. That's something none other companies offer. Keep up the good work Superba team, way to go.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. There was a small hiccup with the order but it was dealt with promptly & efficiently. The sofas are amazing, such soft leather and so comfortable. The quality is superb. It’s always a bit of a risk buying online, particular something like a sofa but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Superba again. They are a great company and you can actually speak to a real person! Beautiful sofa. Just the right size as an additional sofa for our living room. Accurate colour swatches. Delivery a lot sooner than stated. Really lovely and responsive to deal with. Perfect. Would highly recommend and definitely use again if I needed a new sofa
I absolutely love our sofa. I searched for so long for a leather sofa and none were quite right in terms of style and the price points were painful. Superba have been amazing start to finish & so helpful with my queries. Delivery was excellent and the sofa is totally gorgeous. We are tempted to get the two seater. It is so comfortable & ideal for our home. Couldn’t recommend enough
The chair is lovely and I am very pleased with it as it is very comfortable and the fabric is lovely.
The 2 delivery guy, contrary to you stating it is was a “white glove” delivery certainly didn’t wear them and were rather surly and
seemed as though they couldn’t wait to get the chair in and then go. The legs were not put on properly by the one guy who assembled them, my neighbours to redo them and he was surprised that there were no screws with them although there were washes to go over the top of the legs. This was my only criticism, the chair itself however is lovely.
Love everthing about it ,although I would recommend sending for a swatch first as colour wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be.
Also if only the manufacturers hadn't stuck the labels on with superglue,I tore the material underneath Trying to remove as they were showing on the footstool.
I absolutely love my new sofa. I was very nervous about buying sight unseen and without sitting on it. However it was exactly the size and shape I had been looking for. I researched the company and took the plunge. It’s better than I anticipated, well made and very comfortable.

High praise for the delivery service, time slots, called an hour before arrival, took away packaging, cannot fault them.
Only one tiny suggestion, don’t attach the fire label to a back cushion. I have to cut it off as it’s unavoidably visible. Once you remove that it means you can never donate the sofa in the future to a charity. Attach them either at the rear or under the seat cushions.
We are absolutely in love with our new sofa! It is exactly what we wanted and fits perfectly in the space we’ve put it in. Quality of the sofa is 10/10
