We offer a completely free delivery service on all our sofas to ensure your experience with SUPERBA is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

  • Free express delivery is available for select in-stock items.

  • Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 9 PM.

  • Alternative delivery days and times are available at an additional cost.

  • Weekend delivery is available for £25.

  • AM or PM time slots can be selected for £30.

  • Guaranteed pre-10 AM and 6-9 PM delivery is available for £40.

  • Delivery within business hours costs £25.

Whether in stock or made to order, once your sofa arrives at our facility, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

  • Your sofa will be delivered on the agreed-upon date.

  • The evening before delivery, we will provide you with a two-hour time window.

  • Upon arrival, our two-person team will introduce themselves and determine the best way to access your home for a safe and efficient delivery.

  • Our white-glove delivery service will transport your sofa to a room of your choice.

  • We will assemble your sofa and remove all packaging upon request.

  • Packaging will be taken away for recycling, ensuring you have space to enjoy your new sofa.

  • Assembly and packaging removal are standard features of the SUPERBA white-glove delivery service.

 

 

Returns

Our hassle-free 30-day returns policy allows you to see your furniture in your home before making a final decision. If you're not entirely satisfied with your sofa, our delivery team will arrange a convenient collection date and pick it up for free.

  • The SUPERBA returns process follows the same steps as delivery.

  • You will be offered a convenient day and time for collection.

  • Please ensure the sofa is wrapped in its original packaging to avoid any potential charges for damage or misuse.
