- We offer a free white glove delivery service on all of our sofas to ensure your experience with SUPERBA is as enjoyable as possible.
- Express delivery is available on selected lines.
- Whether in stock or made to order, once your sofa is with us we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
- Your sofa will be delivered on your chosen delivery date.
- We will provide you with a two-hour window on your chosen delivery date.
- On arrival, our two man team will introduce themselves and establish the best way to access your home and deliver your sofa safely.
- Our two-man white glove delivery service will deliver your sofa to a room of your choice.
- We will assemble your sofa and remove all of the sofa packaging should you wish.
- The sofa packaging will be taken away to be recycled to allow you the space to enjoy your new sofa.
- Assembly and packaging removal is a standard part of the SUPERBA white glove delivery service.
- Our hassle-free returns policy is also a free service and should you not be entirely happy with your sofa our delivery team will arrange a collection date to suit you and simply pick your sofa up.
- Our free delivery and returns service only covers the UK mainland. We are happy to deliver free of charge to a UK mainland shipping company of your choice for off-shore orders.
